Pattern Maker Studio builds sewing patterns from your measurements — base blocks, editable lines and darts, size grading, A4 or plotter PDF export, and fabric layouts with meterage estimates on your iPhone. This page explains what we may access, what stays in your private atelier, and what we never share with fabric advertisers or size-data brokers.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Pattern Maker Studio mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for sewists using the app and visitors reading this page.
Information
Pattern Maker Studio does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, shop account, or payment card for core pattern-drafting tools.
Body measurements, dart edits, style tweaks, and PDF exports you create remain for your in-app workflow. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Content
When the app loads shared copy — tips of the day, feature notices, or popup info — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic sewing guidance, not your private measurement chart.
Photos
If you attach fabric photos or fit references, Pattern Maker Studio may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Pattern drafting, grading, and PDF export run on-device using standard iOS storage. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
Pattern Maker Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Patterns you keep in Pattern Maker Studio remain under your control on your device. Delete projects in-app or remove the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat measurement charts like a locked atelier notebook, not a public size table.
Your Choices
Leave Pattern Maker Studio whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline drafting pad where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as Pattern Maker Studio evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
